Beringela ao forno – Oven-baked eggplant

Beringela ao forno.
2 beringelas grandes
Tomates, cebolas, sal
5 colheres (sopa) de queijo ralado
Cortar as beringelas em fatias finas sem descascar.
Forrar umpirex untado com margarina.
Cobrir com molho de tomates e cebolas
Salpicar com queijo ralado.
Levar ao forno quente.

5 tablespoons of grated cheese
Cut the eggplants into thin slices without peeling.
Line a pyrex greased with margarine.
Cover with tomato and onion sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in a hot oven.
